As a Remote Call Center Representative, you will answer and resolve customer inquiries effectively while documenting all interactions. Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound customer inquiries with professionalism
• Resolve issues efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction
• Document interactions in the CRM system accurately
• Follow standard procedures and escalate when necessary
• Meet or exceed performance metrics for quality and response time
Requirements:
• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or GED required
• 1+ year experience in call center/customer service
• Proficiency in English and Spanish
• Reliable internet and conducive workspace
