Position: Remote Customer Service & Admin Coordinator (EST Hours)

Affinity International is seeking a Customer Service & Admin Coordinator for a US-based e-commerce business. This fully remote role requires strong communication and organizational skills, along with the ability to respond promptly to customer inquiries and manage administrative functions.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role and a Matric qualification. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and CRM tools is preferred, alongside a reliable home office setup.
