Position: Expert Benefits Operations Specialist
Take on the role of Benefits Operations Specialist at Remote, focusing on client service and benefits management in a fully remote setting. Support effective operations for global client programs.

In this individual contributor position, you will report to the Benefits Operations Manager and provide critical support regarding benefits across various areas. You'll handle inquiries, manage data efficiently, and maintain process documents while championing client needs and team goals.

Your role will also involve exploring automation opportunities to improve service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive support for benefits plans, pricing, and coverage

• Resolve client tickets and escalations promptly

• Conduct accurate data preparation and entry tasks

• Create and implement Standard Operating Procedures

• Collaborate across departments to enhance clients' experiences

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Employee Benefits within HR Operations

• Commitment to outstanding customer service

• Excellent time-management and organizational abilities

• Strong communication skills across all levels

• Previous remote work experience is beneficial
