Customer Service Team Leader
£15.38-£16.41 p/hour (£30-32,000 p/annum) DOE
Location:
Cardiff (CF15) – free parking onsite / local transport links include easy bus and train stations for non-drivers.
Working week:
Monday to Friday.
Hours:
08:00-17:00 (45 min lunch) – 37.5 hour working week.
Working pattern:
Tuesdays are office based for all staff; everyone is allocated one set day a week to work from home plus an extra Friday a month WFH.
- Proactively oversee the activities of your team of 8 and be hands‑on within their busy inbound department.
- Previous experience from a regulated industry – financial services, insurance, pensions.
- Solid background in a call centre environment is also considered.
Initially offered on a temporary contract, with a high possibility of becoming permanent for the right individual.
