About the role
Are you highly organised, detail‑focused and looking to build a meaningful career within healthcare? Join our supportive Cancer Services Team at Noble’s Hospital as a Cancer Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) Co‑ordinator Tracker.
In this pivotal role, you will support the day‑to‑day provision and delivery of cancer services through effective administration and data handling. You’ll ensure that essential MDT meetings are carefully organised and run smoothly, helping clinical teams stay aligned and informed.
As an integral member of the team, you’ll take responsibility for the precise and timely coordination of Cancer MDT meetings, alongside managing patient tracking processes. Your work will help ensure patients are efficiently guided along their care pathway, contributing to a well‑organised and supportive service.
Responsibilities- Coordinating Cancer MDT meetings and ensuring they run smoothly.
- Managing patient tracking processes to guide patients along their care pathway.
- Providing effective administration and data handling support to the Cancer Services Team.
- Competitive salary that increases each 12 months until reaching the salary maximum.
