• Respond to customer inquiries through phone and email

• Educate users on Cardata products and workflows

• Document and manage customer issues accurately

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex concerns

Requirements:

• 1–3 years in customer support or related roles

• Familiarity with Zendesk Suite and Google Suite

• Excellent communication and time management skills

• Ability to empathize with and analyze customer issues

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
