Customer Service Switchboard Operator

Position: Customer Service Switchboard Operator Role
Join O’Regan’s Automotive Group as a Customer Service Switchboard Operator. Provide outstanding support to customers over the phone while benefiting from a flexible hybrid work arrangement.

In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for callers at O’Regan’s Automotive Group, recognized as one of Canada’s 50 Best Managed Companies. As a Switchboard Operator, you'll ensure seamless communication by identifying caller requests and routing them efficiently. Shifts available are from Monday to Saturday, with the opportunity for remote work after completing the probationary period.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver professional service to customers via phone

• Identify caller needs and route calls accordingly

• Work flexible shifts between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.

• Participate in onsite training and team meetings as needed

• Organize and manage caller inquiries effectively

Requirements:

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Ability to manage time and stay organized

• Basic knowledge of computer systems and data entry

• Positive and enthusiastic attitude

• Team-oriented with an openness to varied shifts
