Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound inquiries from travel agents and customers

• Provide thoughtful and tailored travel recommendations

• Build long-term relationships through customer engagement

• Successfully finalize sales transactions with clients

• Keep current knowledge of all products and services offered

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of sales and customer service in travel

• Relevant higher education in tourism or sales

• Strong skills in Microsoft Office and CRM applications

• Experience with travel reservation systems preferred

• Ability to excel in a high-energy environment
