We are recruiting Customer Service Consultants to join a leading Online Retail project. This is an excellent opportunity for customer-focused individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable working rotational shifts.
Requirements- Matric / Grade 12 qualification (essential)
- South African valid Residence Permit
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Medical Aid (employee cover only)
- One-way domestic flight to Durban prior to start date
- 20 nights of accommodation provided at a location selected by Concentrix
- Updated CV
- Matric Certificate
- South African Valid Residence Permit
