Position: Customer Insights Manager Hybrid Role

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of customer insights experience

• Skilled in conducting structured interviews

• Proficient with user feedback and survey tools

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities

• Analytical proficiency with data software
