Key Responsibilities:
• Support customers via multiple communication platforms

• Document all customer interactions accurately
• Collaborate with partners for effective issue resolution
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bilingual in French is an asset
• Strong problem-solving and time-management skills
• Excellent communication abilities, verbal and written
• Ability to work independently and in a team
