This full-time role reports to the Team Lead and requires 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably within a call center or financial sector. Key responsibilities include evaluating credit applications, validating identities, and processing credit limit increases. Adaptability and strong communication skills in both languages are essential for success in this dynamic position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver outstanding customer service for inquiries and support
• Evaluate applications based on credit guidelines and fraud risk
• Process credit limit increase requests for clients
• Provide support for merchants during point-of-sale applications
• Maintain compliance with quality standards and procedures
Requirements:
• Fluent in English and French, written and spoken
• 1-2 years of relevant customer service experience
• Experience in credit lending or fraud investigation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work full-time with flexible shifts
