In this role, you will serve as the main point of contact for Silver Blaze customers, managing their accounts and supporting their success. Your focus will be on understanding clients' goals and aligning our offerings to meet their unique needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary liaison for customer communication

• Assess account health and mitigate risks

• Lead support ticket reviews and follow-up calls

• Facilitate service order requests and responses

• Track renewal dates to ensure smooth transitions

Requirements:

• 3-5 years in a similar Customer Success role

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

• Expertise in Microsoft Office applications

• Experience with AI tools for productivity enhancement
