Hours:

Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm. Hybrid working offered - opportunity to work from home 3 days per week.

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Administration Specialist to join a friendly, supportive team.

What you'll be doing:

Resolve routine enquiries or escalate complex issues
Respond to email queries
Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
Support daily administrative tasks and team workflows
Liaise with internal departments when required
