Operating within a 40-hour week, you will be critical in managing customer inquiries, ensuring timely responses, and maintaining strong relationships. Your proactive communication and problem resolution skills will significantly enhance our service levels and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer inquiries via phone and email
• Ensure customers are updated on order statuses
• Foster strong customer relationships through effective communication
• Provide insightful updates to management regarding service issues
• Assist in processing warranty and error claims
Requirements:
• Experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or retail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to professionally manage feedback and complaints
• Confidence with technology, including Microsoft Office
• Willingness to learn about optics and product knowledge
