Join the Sticker You Customer Success Team, based in Toronto, Canada, where your role will impact customer loyalty and retention through effective communication via email and live chat. You will monitor inquiries, provide solutions, and collaborate with other departments to ensure a high-quality customer experience while handling a growing volume of requests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate promptly and respectfully with customers through email and live chat

• Monitor trends in customer inquiries and develop strategies

• Investigate and resolve missing or incorrect orders

• Use Adobe Acrobat to assist customers with size examples

• Collaborate across departments to address customer concerns

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year in a customer care role or similar

• Experience with live chat and online support

• Strong proficiency in Google Workspace and PC/Windows

• Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat Reader

• Hybrid work capability with in-person attendance
