In this impactful role, you will primarily educate clients about investment products and proactively reach out to Financial Advisors. Building trust and loyalty within your client relationships is essential for success. Your work flexibility includes shifts from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm, accommodating a balance between office and remote work.
Key Responsibilities:
• Inform clients on Mackenzie products and services
• Handle inquiries through various communication channels
• Provide tailored solutions to improve client experience
• Build trust and loyalty with each client interaction
• Engage with Financial Advisors to address outstanding issues
Requirements:
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal abilities
• Bilingual (French and English); additional languages are a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Relevant post-secondary education or finance interest
• Microsoft Office proficiency required
