As a vital part of our team, you will manage calls related to automotive glass insurance claims. This role requires at least one year of customer service experience and is well-suited for candidates with insurance claim knowledge. Fluency in both English and French is crucial to meet our customer's diverse needs.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
