A luxury farmhouse and cottages based in Oudtshoorn is currently seeking a professional and experienced Remote Reservationist to join their team. This exciting opportunity is ideal for someone passionate about hospitality and tourism, with the ability to work independently while maintaining high service standards. As a key member of the reservations team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless booking experiences and maintaining excellent relationships with guests and travel partners.

• Manage reservations using Nights bridge, Semper, and
• Coordinate bookings and communication with tour operators
• Provide excellent customer service to guests via phone and email
• Maintain accurate booking records and system updates
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of the tourism industry
• Be a people-oriented individual with strong interpersonal skills
• Remain task-driven and efficient in a remote working environment
• Handle multiple tasks while meeting deadlines and performance targets
• Be on-site every two weeks for meetings

Salary: R8,000 – R12,000 per month
