Position: Remote Client Support Agent Role

Support our customers as a Remote Client Support Agent, working from home. Engage with clients daily to deliver outstanding service and comprehensive product knowledge.
We need enthusiastic individuals to assist both current and prospective clients in this remote position. You will distribute benefit materials, handle service calls, and create individualized policy solutions while collaborating with management to learn about new products. Your contributions will significantly impact our customer satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clients with relevant benefit enrollment materials

• Handle incoming customer service inquiries professionally

• Manage phone communication with clients and prospective clients

• Create personalized insurance policies through our analysis system

• Stay current on services and policies through training
Requirements:

• Strong enthusiasm and communication skills

• Quick learner and adaptable to new information

• Basic customer service knowledge is preferred
