Die Real Garant Versicherung AG in Muttenz sucht einen Mitarbeiter im Kundenservice (m/w/d). In dieser Rolle bist du die erste Anlaufstelle für Kundenanfragen und sorgst für deren Zufriedenheit. Zu deinen Aufgaben gehören die Bearbeitung von Anfragen sowie die Unterstützung des Teams bei administrativen Prozessen.
Du bringst eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office, insbesondere Excel, mit. Zudem hast du Freude am Kundenkontakt und arbeitest gerne im Team.
