In this full-time remote role, you will embrace the customer experience from the first inquiry to job completion. Key responsibilities include responding to leads quickly, booking site visits, and ensuring customer satisfaction through proactive communication. Your ability to foster relationships will be essential for both new leads and existing client care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide warm and professional customer interactions through phone and email
• Respond to inbound leads within 30 minutes
• Schedule site visits and route customers accordingly
• Follow up on service plan quotes and bookings
• Document every interaction clearly in service software
Requirements:
• 3+ years in a service or customer-focused role
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience with field service management software, such as Simpro
• Ability to handle secure customer payments
• Proficiency in Windows and office software
