In this Tier 1 role, you will manage diverse inquiries, resolve issues, and provide vital information about our services. Your telephonic communication skills will allow you to explain complex concepts to a varied member base. This position offers the chance to work independently or collaboratively in a dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound calls, emails, and chats from patients
• Address inquiries and resolve issues effectively
• Provide detailed information about Teladoc Health services
• Coordinate queues and manage crisis situations
• Collaborate with the team for optimal customer care
Requirements:
• Bilingual in English and French
• Exceptional empathy and active engagement skills
• Strong organizational abilities in fast-paced settings
• Ability to adapt to new processes quickly
• Minimum 15-hour weekly commitment
