Remote Client Services Analyst Position

• Provide remote application support to clients via email and phone

• Analyze cases to meet Service Level Agreement (SLA) targets

• Monitor case volumes and suggest actionable solutions

• Participate in after-hours Client Services rotation as needed

Requirements:

• Proven service-oriented experience in a fast-paced environment

• Strong computing skills with a minimum typing speed of 40 w.p.m.

• Comfortable working flexible shifts as per operational needs

• Pleasant demeanor on the phone with clients

• MOA or MDOA program completion is an asset
