As a Bilingual Customer Success Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high level customer support to approximately 30-50 automotive dealerships in a defined area. Functioning as a consultant, you will provide excellent support for our products and ensure that our customers are using the software they purchased to its full potential. You will provide both on-site and video conference support, with roughly 80% of the time on-site and 20% via video conference.
PrimaryResponsibilities
- Analyze software usage and provide feedback and solutions for ongoing and prospective business situations
- Improve operations, efficiencies, profits, and overall system use to ensure customers get the most out of our software
- Participate in trade shows and industry events
- Monitor individual workload and prioritize responsibilities
- Use time for learning, growth, and development
- Advising and supporting requires core physical abilities
- Driving company vehicles and occasional airfare travel
- Sitting, walking, and standing throughout the workday
- Company-paid overnight travel required – accommodations and overnight stays provided by the company
Paid training is required. The role includes an intensive training program consisting of classroom instruction at our offices in Houston, TX, and Dayton, OH, as well as online courses. You will receive in-depth product training and automotive industry knowledge, and will be paired with mentors across the country to apply classroom knowledge in a real-world setting.
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree, college diploma, or equivalent experience
- Must be bilingual in Canadian French and English
- Ability to travel, with overnight hotel stays, up to 50%
- Ability to travel to the United States for training when deemed appropriate
- Self‑starter with good time‑management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service and organizational skills
- Ability to build strong customer relationships
- Valid driver’s license with fewer than two moving violations in the last three years and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last five years
- Reliable home internet with sufficient bandwidth for video conferencing
