This role focuses on patient and member inquiries in a call center setting. As a Tier 1 representative, you will manage various communication channels and uphold high customer satisfaction standards. Your ability to address concerns and handle challenging situations will ensure a positive experience for all. Work independently or as part of a collaborative team to enhance service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage inbound calls, emails, and chat communications
• Resolve issues and provide information about Teladoc services
• Address customer concerns professionally and efficiently
• Communicate complex concepts clearly to a diverse audience
• Adapt quickly to dynamic work environments
Requirements:
• Bilingual in English and French
• Exceptional empathy and understanding of patient needs
• Strong organizational skills for handling multiple priorities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Minimum commitment of 15 hours per week
