Position: Remote Support Representative Bilingual - $24 / hour (Boucherville)

Overview

The Tier 1 Patient and Member Support Representative plays a critical role in providing outstanding customer service to patients and members within a call center environment.

Responsibilities
  • Manage inbound calls, emails, and chats to address inquiries, resolve issues, coordinate queues, and provide information about Teladoc Health services.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction by addressing concerns professionally and efficiently, while occasionally handling crisis situations.
  • Work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
  • Demonstrate outstanding telephonic communication abilities, enabling transparent and articulate explanation of complex concepts to a diverse member base.
  • Apply superior problem‑solving capabilities and organizational acumen to address challenges effectively.
Benefits
  • Earn $24 CAD per hour.
  • Minimum commitment of only 15 hours per week; can work more hours if desired.
  • Flexible work schedule:
    • Monday to Friday: 5:00AM – 9:00AM EST
    • Thursday and Friday: 8:00PM – 12:00AM EST
    • Saturday and Sunday: 5:00AM – 10:30AM EST
  • Gain in‑demand experience in healthcare and technology; build resume with virtual healthcare, patient communication, and crisis handling skills.
Requirements
  • Exceptional empathy, actively engaging with members and patients, demonstrating a genuine understanding of their needs.
  • Exemplary organizational skills, adept at managing multiple competing priorities in a high‑paced environment.
  • A keen ability to adapt to new processes and thrive in a fast‑paced work environment.
  • Bilingual English and French, which is a requirement.
