Customer Advisor - IT, DE, FR

On behalf of a valued client, a leading company in the financial sector, we are seeking a highly skilled Multilingual Customer Advisor 100%.

• Answer incoming calls and handle inquiries from customers and business partners in German, French, Italian and English.
• Receive and process client complaints and issues related to credit, prepaid and debit cards.
• Ensure timely and satisfactory resolution of client concerns to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
• Ensure all customer interactions and processes comply with internal quality standards and legal regulations.
• Proactively find solutions for client complaints and escalating complex cases to the appropriate department.
• Identify sales opportunities (selling and upselling) during interactions with customers.

Job requirements

• Commercial or tourism background.
• Experience in customer service.
• Good knowledge of Office package/PC use.
• Good communication skills.
• Languages:
  
  Italian (nice to have), German/Swiss German (must have), French (must have), and English (nice to have).
