This role is essential for providing first-class service as the main point of contact for members seeking help. You'll be responsible for handling various inquiries, from booking medical transportation to connecting with service providers globally. Your contributions will ensure members receive the support they require before their cases are escalated to Case Coordinators.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first contact for calls, emails, and correspondence

• Assist members with booking taxis, hotels, and medical visits

• Gather critical reports and documentation from service providers

• Update clients on their assistance progress regularly

• Facilitate communication between families and medical providers

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a relevant field

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience

• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

• Strong English and French communication skills

• Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities
