Tier 1 Patient and Member Support Representative

We are seeking an exceptional member support representative to provide outstanding customer service to patients and members within a call center environment.

Key Responsibilities
:

  • Manage inbound calls, emails, and chats to address inquiries, resolve issues, coordinate queues, and provide information about Teladoc Health services.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction by addressing concerns professionally and efficiently, including handling crisis situations when required.
  • Work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
  • Communicate telephonically, clearly and articulately explaining complex concepts to a diverse member base.
  • Utilize superior problem solving capabilities and organizational acumen to address challenges effectively.

Requirements
:

  • Exceptional empathy and active engagement with members & patients, demonstrating a genuine understanding of their needs.
  • Exemplary organizational skills, adept at managing multiple competing priorities in a high-paced environment.
  • Strong adaptability to recent processes and ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Bi-lingual proficiency in English and French is required.
Benefits
  • Earn $24 CAD per hour.
  • Minimum commitment of 15 hours per week, with the option to work additional hours.
  • Flexible work schedule:
    Monday to Friday 5:00 AM-9:00 AM EST;
    Thursday and Friday 8:00 PM-12:00 AM EST;
    Saturday and Sunday 5:00 AM-10:30 AM EST.
  • In-demand experience in both healthcare and technology, building a resume with industry-relevant skills in virtual healthcare, patient communication, and crisis handling.
