• Manage digital inquiries via Estore and Re-order tool

• Fulfill incoming requests through SFDC for KPI adherence

• Ensure effective phone handling to reduce drop calls

• Investigate escalations and implement corrective actions

• Participate in Digital Team meetings promoting e-commerce

Requirements:

• 2+ years in customer service or procurement

• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
