We're seeking a Bilingual Intake Specialist who thrives in a busy environment and excels in multitasking. Your strong communication skills in both English and French, alongside at least two years of customer service experience, will be vital. You'll support our members by managing practical needs and connecting them with service providers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as first contact via calls and emails
• Assist members with bookings for transportation and healthcare
• Connect with global service providers for documentation
• Update clients on assistance progress
• Maintain detailed records using our case management system
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in relevant fields
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong time management skills and independence
• Problem-solving mindset with diplomatic communication
