Bilingual Intake Specialist

Position: Bilingual Intake Specialist - Hybrid Role
Location: Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville

Support our members as a Bilingual Intake Specialist in a versatile hybrid setup. With your strong communication skills in both English and French, you'll assist members over calls and emails daily.

This role calls for a proactive individual with at least two years of customer service experience and solid Microsoft Word and Excel skills. You will be the first point of contact, assisting with medical and practical needs while ensuring smooth case transitions to Case Coordinators.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary contact for calls and emails

• Assist members with travel arrangements and bookings

• Collect reports from global service providers

• Keep clients updated on assistance progress

• Support members needing safe home transportation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a relevant field

• Minimum two years in customer service roles

• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

• Strong bilingual communication skills in English and French

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
