Agent(e) Service Client. Sous la supervision de son chef d’équipe, le/la titulaire du poste répond aux appels liés aux réclamations d’assurance (bris de vitres automobiles) en respectant les hauts standards de qualité de notre organisation.

Customer Service Representative. Under the supervision of the Team Lead, the Customer Service Representative responds to calls related to insurance claims (automotive glass breakage) while maintaining the highest quality standards of our organization.

• 1+ expérience en centre d’appels / service clientèle.
• Une expérience en assurance constitue un atout significatif.
• Bilingue (français et anglais de niveau intermédiaire/avancé).
• À l’aise pour naviguer entre différentes applications informatiques.
• Autorisation de travailler légalement au Canada.
• Résident(e) du Grand Montréal.
• Flexible pour travailler sur horaires variables : L–V entre 7h–21h, Samedi 8h–17h.

• 1+ years of experience in a call center/customer service capacity.
• Experience with insurance claims or insurance companies is a big plus.
• Proficient in English and French (written and spoken).
• Comfortable using different computer systems and platforms.
• Legal work authorization in Canada.
• Resident of the Greater Montreal area.
• Available to work variable hours including Monday‑Friday 7am‑9am and Saturday 8am‑5pm.
