As a Tier 1 Patient and Member Support Representative, you will engage with members by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns efficiently. Your exceptional empathy and organizational skills will shine in this dynamic team environment, ensuring high customer satisfaction while managing multiple tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage inbound calls, emails, and chats effectively
• Resolve issues and coordinate queues for patient inquiries

• Apply superior problem-solving skills to overcome challenges
Requirements:
• Exceptional empathy in engaging with diverse members
• Exemplary organizational skills in a fast-paced setting

• Bi-lingual in English and French (required)
• Availability for a minimum of 15 hours per week
