This fully remote role calls for professionals with at least 3 years of corporate travel experience and strong Sabre GDS skills. You will manage complex travel arrangements while addressing client preferences with confidence. Autonomy and expertise are key aspects of this position, as you'll provide exceptional service in every interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage domestic and international corporate travel arrangements
• Handle itinerary changes and emergency travel situations
• Build relationships with business travelers and understand their needs
• Provide high-touch service for every client interaction
• Maintain accurate traveler profiles and loyalty programs
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of corporate travel experience
• Strong Sabre GDS experience (3+ years preferred)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• TICO certification required for Ontario-based candidates
