• Handle all inbound communication including calls and emails

• Assist traveling members with transportation and accommodation bookings

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a related field

• Minimum 2 years customer service experience

• Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills

• Excellent bilingual communication skills
