Position: Premium Travel Lifestyle Manager - Arabic Speaking )

Overview

Design world‑class luxury travel for high‑net‑worth Arabic‑speaking clients.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the dedicated travel partner for a portfolio of high‑net‑worth clients, delivering highly personalized, discreet service.
  • Act as the single point of contact, building trusted, long‑term client relationships.
  • Design and manage bespoke luxury travel itineraries across global destinations, handling complex requests, changes, and issues with efficiency and discretion.
  • Maintain accurate, real‑time system updates and booking documentation.
  • Provide professional service in Arabic and English, applying strong cultural awareness of Middle Eastern norms, privacy expectations, and travel preferences.
  • Advises on premium destinations, luxury hotels, private experiences, and halal‑friendly travel options.
  • Proactively identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
  • Negotiate and manage bookings with airlines, hotels, DMCs, and luxury travel partners, securing VIP benefits and exclusive access.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless end‑to‑end member experiences, ensuring arrangements meet regulatory, compliance, and quality standards.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in luxury leisure travel, concierge, or tour operating.
  • Proven experience creating tailor‑made itineraries for high‑net‑worth clients.
  • Strong background in flight‑inclusive travel and GDS systems (Amadeus preferred).
  • Experience negotiating with premium suppliers and managing complex bookings.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (professional working proficiency).
  • Excellent knowledge of global luxury destinations and suppliers.
  • Strong understanding of affluent customer expectations and luxury service delivery.
  • Commercial awareness with a natural sales and upselling ability.
  • Highly organized, detail‑driven, and adaptable in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Desirable certifications:
    Amadeus, IATA, CTA/CTC, Virtuoso, or other recognized travel industry qualifications.
