Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Answer calls from drivers and provide help and support.
• Provide support & solutions to get vehicles back on the road.
• Use our system to book appointments, authorise work carried out by suppliers and perform various admin tasks.
• Collaborate with your team to be part of The BEST Team, delivering and meeting customers' requirements.

Full‑time:
Monday to Friday, an 8‑hour shift scheduled between 7 a.m. & 6 p.m. with one weekend day per month, and one weekday off in return (to run errands, attend appointments, or enjoy a quieter day). This is a hybrid role – you start onsite at our Poole office during the probation period. After that, you can work from home 1‑2 days a week based on performance.

• Strong communication skills and a friendly, enthusiastic approach to customers.
• Willingness to learn, strong team ethic, and a solution‑oriented mindset.
• Previous office or admin experience is great but not essential; full training will be provided.
• Driven, good communicator, and enjoys finding solutions.
