Pebble Pad, a leading ed-tech company in Telford, is seeking a Global Community Lead to drive community engagement and manage strategic customer accounts. In this role, you will design global user groups, develop engagement strategies, and ensure customer satisfaction through structured programs.
The successful candidate will have a background in Customer Success or community management, excellent relationship-building skills, and a proactive approach to managing customer engagement. The role is fully remote with optional office use in Telford.
