Pertemps Network Group is seeking Customer Service Advisors to be the first point of contact for external customers handling shipping requests. This hybrid role involves one week in the office and one week working from home until January 2027, transitioning to full-time on-site.
The successful candidates will manage inbound calls, build rapport with customers and provide consistent service. Ideal applicants possess excellent communication skills and a solid understanding of customer service processes. Training will be provided on-site with a competitive pay rate of £14.73 p/h.
