KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat.
- Assist customers with billing, payments, refunds, and account-related questions.
- Process payments, update customer account information, and maintain accurate records.
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues.
- Educate customers on available payment options and financial programs.
- Negotiate payment arrangements when appropriate.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer financial information.
- Document customer interactions accurately in company systems.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
- Meet performance metrics for customer satisfaction, response time, and quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable financial regulations.
Position Requirements
High School,
Less than 1 Year
work experience - Experience handling customer accounts and financial transactions.
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to remain professional and empathetic when handling sensitive financial matters.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
