Role Overview

Join our client's team as a Customer Service Agent and be a crucial part of delivering top-notch customer support in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls by either forwarding relevant calls or addressing inquiries directly.
  • Manage inbound social media communications to ensure timely responses and customer satisfaction. Utilize the company's booking system as needed to assist customers with reservations and inquiries.
  • Send follow-up text messages during or after phone calls to provide additional information or confirm details.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service over the phone, demonstrating empathy and professionalism at all times.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, aiming for first-call resolution whenever possible.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions for future reference.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touch points.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in customer service, particularly in handling phone inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Demonstrated ability to think logically and apply common sense in problem-solving scenarios.

    Proficiency in basic computer skills, including data entry and navigating software applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also being a team player when needed.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in customer interactions and data management.
