This role requires a professional with a minimum of three years of corporate travel experience. You will manage intricate travel arrangements while ensuring personalized service for clients. Your ability to handle itinerary changes and emergencies will be crucial in providing high-touch support to business travelers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complex corporate travel itineraries internationally and domestically

• Handle emergency travel situations and itinerary disruptions

• Build lasting relationships with business travelers

• Provide white-glove service in all client interactions

• Maintain accurate travel records and traveler profiles

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of corporate travel experience

• Strong Sabre GDS proficiency, 3+ years preferred

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work independently in a remote setting

• TICO certification required for Ontario candidates
