Corporate Travel Consultant (Remote – Canada)

Hours are Monday, Thursday and Friday 1:00pm-9:00pm EST and Saturday and Sunday 10:00am-6:00pm EST 100% Remote

Our client, a boutique Travel Management Company, is looking for a talented travel professional to join their fully remote team. This is an opportunity to work with a company that values expertise, autonomy, and building lasting client relationships.

• Managing complex domestic and international corporate travel arrangements
• Handling itinerary changes, disruptions, and emergency travel situations with confidence
• Building strong relationships with business travelers and understanding their unique preferences
• Providing high-touch, white-glove service to every client interaction
• Maintaining accurate traveler profiles, loyalty programs, and travel records

• Minimum 3 years of corporate travel experience
• Robust Sabre GDS experience (3+ years preferred)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• TICO certification (for Ontario-based candidates) is required
• Flexibility to assist with occasional after-hours travel support
