Universal Call Center Representative

These sales representatives are trained not only to excel in selling but also to handle a wide range of customer service inquiries. They possess exceptional soft skills, including empathy and a strong desire to please customers, making them highly effective in providing both sales support and customer care.

Compensation

Earn $21.50 CAD per hour (fees apply: $2.00 per hour Marketplace Licensing Fee and $1.00 live Xchange Service Fee).

Scheduling
  • Flexible schedule between Monday‑Friday: 7:30am–11:00pm EST (Peak: 9:00am–4:00pm EST)
  • Saturday: 7:30am–8:00pm EST (Peak: 7:30am–8:00pm EST)
  • Sunday: 9:00am–8:00pm EST (Peak: 11:00am–3:00pm EST)
  • Must work a minimum of 20 hours per week, including holidays, between 7am and 8pm MST.
  • Build your own schedule from available hours of business.
Responsibilities
  • Comprehensive Customer Assistance:
    Address a broad spectrum of customer needs, from booking appointments to answering general inquiries.
  • Communicate directly with customers regarding current and future service requests, including scheduling, rescheduling, and canceling appointments.
  • Quickly evaluate customer needs and provide productive and effective options, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in handling diverse requests.
  • Handle customer interactions through various channels, including phone, email, text message, and others.
Experience & Skills Requirements
  • At least 1 year of sales experience (required).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including grammar, punctuation, and spelling (required).
  • Strong verbal and written communicator with a desire to excel in customer service.
  • Commitment to the core attributes of collaboration, accountability, and integrity that shape our company culture.
