Overview
At the Junkluggers we are dedicated to providing exceptional customer service while protecting the environment.
Responsibilities- Handle customer interactions across phone, email, text, and other channels.
- Assist customers in understanding the Junkluggers service and schedule.
- Book, reschedule, or cancel appointments and address general inquiries.
- Evaluate customer needs quickly and provide efficient solutions.
Flexible schedule: Build your own schedule from available business hours:
Monday‑Friday 7:30am‑11pm EST (peak 9am‑4pm EST);
Saturday 7:30am‑8pm EST (peak 7:30‑8pm EST);
Sunday 9am‑8pm EST (peak 11am‑3pm EST). Minimum of 20hours per week.
Pay: $21.50
CAD per hour, plus Marketplace Licensing Fee $2.00 per hour and Live Xchange Service Fee $1.00 per hour.
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
- Strong empathy, customer‑centric mindset, and genuine desire to please customers.
- Ability to make efficient decisions and adapt to diverse customer requests.
- Commitment to collaboration, accountability, and integrity.
