Position: Customer Service Representative - Full Time Evenings, Monday-Sunday: 15:00-23:00 (37.5 Hours)
Location: Knowsley

The Customer Service representative supports our Customer Care Team in Knowsley. Hourly Pay: £13.81 per hour.

Where You'll Work

Work from home approach – minimum of first 3 months onsite. We aim to provide a flexible workplace with a mix of home and office‑based work. Your leader will discuss options.

  • On Call Evenings Monday‑Sunday: 15:00‑23:00, with 2 weeks notice.
What You'll Do
  • Serve as the welcoming friendly voice of QVC and provide world‑class customer service.
  • Handle inbound calls, resolve complex enquiries and drive brand advocacy.
  • Work as part of a team to drive overall success and meet individual performance targets.
  • Participate in a supportive onboarding experience, including four weeks of training.
What You'll Bring
  • Desire to deliver first‑class customer service experience.
  • Experience interpreting and responding to customer questions.
  • Computer literacy required.
