Coople is offering a unique opportunity for a Customer Support Coordinator to support our German-speaking market in Switzerland. In this fully remote role, you will deliver high-level support to our clients and workers, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Your responsibilities include responding to queries, troubleshooting issues, and managing customer feedback. Candidates must be native-level German speakers with experience in customer service, and a good knowledge of Excel.
The salary for this role is £31,000 per annum, with the possibility of occasional travel to Zürich.
