Senior Escalations Specialist — Remote VIP & Social Support

You will operate remotely in US hours, ensuring top-notch service and effective resolution of issues.

You will assist other advisors and provide guidance while managing escalations. Strong communication skills and a deep understanding of the trading cards and collectibles industry are key for this position, along with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tools and platforms.
